Refund & Return Policy

At Burguesa, each candle is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used candles
  • Burned candles
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at burguesadesigns@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
